- It is ideal to implement enterprise IS to optimized business processes (to apply the new IS to non-optimized processes leads to a preservation of the current inefficient state of affairs). We recommend conducting process analysis of the current state of affairs followed by an optimization of these processes.
- Based on the outputs of the process analysis we will work out the different options for the IS processes development and define budgets, set money metrics and returnability.
- Our experts will prepare a concrete specification of a tender for a new information system (or adjustments of your current information system) for your company. This process will be based on the process mapping of the future state and it involves both our experts, but, importantly, also your insights. The tender documentation integrates concrete and indisputable data and it is attached to the contract. The contract thus avoids additional costs for the whole project.
- To realize the tender using our methodology ensures the availability of the key factors for the decision and, moreover, it is completely transparent to the suppliers. The key benefit is that the decision is based on facts and not feelings and, importantly, it also brings in a considerable time savings for the decision team. Under no circumstances we would accept any commissions from suppliers.
- To enter into a contract with the winner of the tender is a complex process. It is absolutely necessary to precisely specify the project, the terms of implementation, response times, and liability for any loss and the mode of support in subsequent years. Given our experience with more than 140 projects we know what the contractual terms should be and how to achieve them.
- During implementation, your interests towards the contractors are represented by our experts, who will thereby comply with the proposed project (project maps). Synergy is required in the process of creating the documentation, opponency of the solution, crisis management of the communication with the suppliers (a role of an arbiter) and acceptance.
