Logistic Optimization of Industrial Area (‚Warehouse design‘) concentrates on optimal configuration of individual operations and infrastructure in either warehouses or production plants while these are being planned, modernized or expanded. The project execution leads to drastic cuts on the investment side of the equation so that the resources can be used to improve the logistic side of the company’s business activities.
