    In every company, there are many activities linked into processes. Changes in organization and development of the company bring regrouping of activities and, hence, responsibilities. The result of such developments is often inefficient company’s fun­ctioning, that brings in higher cost of the activities linked to the further organizational development.

    • The process analysis of the current state of affairs maps selected areas of your company in full details. The output is a graphic diagram of the status quo. In the process analysis we focus on different company activities, the information tools used, documents and resources.
    • Based on diagram of the status quo and our expertiese we suggest an optimization, also in a graphic form. The proposal is independent of the information systems and technologies used, and envisages the use of best practice.
    • The proposal will be discussed with the client to ensure that it will tightly fit into the processes within the corporate framework. Hence, all the parts involved will agree on the company’s further progress after the proposal’s im­plementation. This step will prevent possible unproductive conflicts of visions of how the company should work.
    • All process maps are processed using the professional tools QPR Process Guide and ARIS.
    • Outputs of the process analysis can be used to optimize the related information systems and, typically, they serve as parts of the bases for the company’s IS implementation, since they clearly and comprehensively define the range of requirements on IS. As a part of our work, we create budgets of possible variants of the processes information support.
    • To create a process analysis and optimization, we use our knowledge and experties gathered from more than 140 projects in various fields; and about 700 of process diagrams.
    • Process optimization usually precedes implementations of a new IS (or changes in the old one).
